What are the steps in the surgical case sales workflow?

This article explains the process for making your sales in a Surgical Case in ConnectSx. These steps may be preformed in vTrakr (mobile) or in the Console (web).

  1. Create the Case as an Event (i.e. schedule the case).

  2. If more inventory is required, they create an inventory request. If you requested inventory then make sure to accept the transfer.

  3. Mark devices as used to record sales for the case

  4. Submit the case for billing.

  5. Share the sales order with the Provider and other relevant parties.

  7. Obtain and add the purchase order to the case.

  8. Send the invoice to the Facility (admins). 

  9. Pay commission for the case.
  10. Mark the event as paid.
