Sales and Events Reports
The Total Sales report provides a comprehensive overview of your sales performance. At a glance, you'll see the total number and value of sales events, sales locations, and facility-specific data, along with key financial metrics such as commission and profit. The Facility Stock Sales report focuses specifically on the performance of your facility stock items. This targeted report mirrors the comprehensive structure of the Total Sales report, but narrows its scope to facility stock sales only. It provides a clear view of how your on-site inventory is performing.
The Revenue Calculator empowers you to explore potential revenue growth scenarios. This interactive tool displays your current revenue and allows you to input percentage price increases, instantly revealing the additional revenue that could be generated. The dashboard also provides a detailed breakdown, showing how individual catalog items would be affected by the price adjustment, giving you a clear picture of the impact across your product range.
Past Due Report:
The Past Due Report provides a view of events that have not been paid. This report calculates and displays the number of days an event is past due based on the PO Date and the terms provided to the facility. If a PO Date is not available the calculation is done based on the Event Date.
Inventory Turns Report:
The Inventory Turns Report provides comprehensive visibility into your container and reusable device utilization. This report tracks the frequency of use in sales events for both inventory types, with powerful filtering by catalog, custodian, and date range. Stock Adjustment Report:
The Stock Adjustment Report features a comprehensive table that displays all stock-adjusted inventory used in closed stock adjustment events. By offering this detailed view, the report helps you track inventory changes, identify patterns, and ensure accuracy in your stock management.
The Sales Data Export offers a detailed, granular view of your sales activities. Unpaid Commission Report:
The Unpaid Commission Report presents a concise table that outlines sales events, their corresponding sales totals, and commission amounts, alongside the status of each commission - whether paid or unpaid. Variable Commission Rate Report:

Additionally, it includes the inventory value, giving you a complete picture of your stock levels and worth.
Inventory History Report:
The Inventory History Report offers a powerful tool for understanding your inventory at any given point in time. This report generates a snapshot based on your selected date, displaying aggregate quantities of items with shared attributes. It intelligently includes all active inventory created on or before the chosen date, as well as inactive inventory deactivated on or after that date, while excluding items tied to open events.
Inventory Reconciliation Report:
The Inventory Reconciliation Report provides a dynamic view of your inventory changes over a specified period. By entering start and end dates, you'll receive a clear comparison of inventory levels at both points in time. This report details additions and deactivations to your inventory during the selected timeframe.
The Inventory Aging Report offers a detailed view of your inventory's lifecycle. This report contains a table that includes information such as Catalog Item, custodian, inventory type, and acquired on date. It also calculates and displays the Inventory Age in Days, alongside the quantity of each item.
